This series of lifting devices integrates multiple functions such as vacuum gripping, telescoping, flipping, lateral tilting, and rotation. It uses DC power, has a load capacity of 3 tons, and weighs 3.5 tons. It can achieve hydraulic flipping up and down by 46 degrees, hydraulic rotation from 0 to 360°, lateral hydraulic tilting of 40 degrees, and the suction arm can extend up to 1.4 meters. The balance crane is mainly used for curtain wall installation with overhanging eaves. Its powered balance weights can easily achieve load balancing and precisely align with the windows. The real-time positioning feature eliminates cumbersome counterweight calculations, solving the installation challenges under the increasingly complex and diverse architectural styles. It enables precise lifting even when the outer eaves are obstructed, completely breaking the limitations of traditional lifting methods. It adopts Mitsubishi PLC, is fully controlled via wireless remote control, and ensures safe air release, guaranteeing operator safety.
